Hawke & Hunter has a range of rooms dedicated to the pursuit of the ideal drink. We invite you to be relentless in your search for perfection.

The Cocktail Room sits at the heart of the Hawke & Hunter building, with resident DJs, and a unique range of cocktails, including the Picardy (Martell VSOP cognac, Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis, Benedictine, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and pasteurised egg white) and the Sherlock Cobbler (Tio Pepe dry sherry, Giffard Abricot du Roussillon, fresh rosemary, fresh orange, pineapple juice and sugar syrup).

The Whisky Room nestles on the second floor of the Hawke & Hunter building and is home to a range of over 65 whiskies on offer, including many unusual and sought-after single and blended malts, including 100-year-old Johnnie Walker whisky from the original batch, and the very rare Johnnie Walker King George V.

The Secret Garden is an urban retreat tucked away at the back of Hawke & Hunter, – away from the traffic and the noise of the city, safe into the arms of a cane sofa and a year-round outdoor heater. The Secret Garden offers cocktails inspired by nature, beer on tap, and a range of punch bowls designed to satisfy between four and six people – it’s communal drinking at it’s most exotic and the Ladybird bowl, made of Ketel One vodka, strawberries, Carpano Antica Formula vermouth, cranberry juice, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and star anise is like a day of sunshine in a glass.

The Green Room is for anyone who likes to play. The Green Room is a cocktail bar and pool hall with six full-size, professional-level tables, dart boards, and plasma TVs showing all kinds of sports live and all the big events on every screen, all the time. But the Green Room is not just about play – it’s about relaxing, chilling out and not doing much of anything at all, other than sipping a Manhattan, a Whisky Sour or a Tom Collins.
